Western North Atlantic — RRFS comparison

The 3 km view is selected for the planned production update. This comparison and the hourly 13 km sequence will keep updating.

The paired loop uses exactly the same model run and 25 valid times: every 3 hours from +0 through +60, then +66, +72, +78 and +84 hours. The 13 km hourly output is sampled at these shared times; the 3 km output uses its native forecast times. No weather frames are interpolated or repeated to imply hourly 3 km data.
